How does the Happy Penguin Reward point works?

Every $0.50 purchase will be awarded with 1 loyalty point. So a $100 purchase will earn you 200 points. 100 points is equivalent to $1. 200 points is equivalent to $2. You may use the loyalty points to credit against any purchase (eg. You may use 200 points to credit against a $22 purchase so the payable amount be $20) 

How does the reward point handle the cents in the purchase?

When purchase has CENTS is at 50 and above, purchase value is ROUNDED UP. Example: Purchase of $95.74 will mean you earn points based on $96.00 (since it is above 50 at cents). So you will earn you 192 points.

When purchase has CENTS is at 49 and below, purchase value is ROUNDED DOWN. Example: Purchase of $95.34 will mean you earn points based on $95.00 (since it is below 50 at cents). So you will earn you 190 points.

How do I redeem my points?

When you login & check out, you can see the number of points you have at the top of the page.

How do I check my expiry date for the loyalty points?

Simply log in to your account to check. Go to "My Rewards" to check expiry dates

When will I get the Happy Penguin Reward points in my account?

Loyalty points will be reflected in your account when the purchase is completed and payment received. It will usually be within 24 hours after payment is received. However, should there be a situation of refund, the loyalty points will be returned to Happy Penguin.
